What is the difference between an Estimate and a Consultation?
*An estimate is free of charge and will last about half an hour. The purpose of an estimate is to give a price for any of our listed services.
*A consultation involves an in depth visit by our Plant Health Care Technician to answer questions relating to tree health, diagnosing pests and disease or doing an assessment of the property. A consultation fee will be applied.
I am having my trees Deep Root Fertilized. Is there anything I need to do before the technician arrives?
Please note that if you have any underground sprinkler lines in the areas being treated, they must be clearly marked. Although we take care to prevent damage we are not responsible for damages caused by the injection. Injections are applied throughout the canopy drip line and beyond the drip line where the property boundaries allow.
Do I need to be home on the day of the scheduled treatment?
No, it is not necessary to be home however we do ask that that any gates be unlocked and any outdoor furniture near the treatment area be covered or moved prior to our technician's arrival.
When is payment due and what forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. We accept personal cheques and e-transfers.
